What is your cancellation/no-show policy?

We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Yes! We accept walk-ins. However, please note the wait times may range from 1 to 3 hours depending on availability.

Consultations with an aesthetic consultant are free of charge. A consultation performed by a medical provider will incur an additional surcharge.

It can vary depending on your skin type and concern. Our consultant will provide a tailored treatment plan during the initial consultation. Generally speaking, we recommend a series of treatments performed at monthly intervals to see significant results.

Does insurance cover my treatment?

No, health insurance will only cover treatments that prevent, reduce or treat health risks. Cosmetic treatments available at Metro Laser & Aesthetics focus on improving appearance rather than health.

Do you have a payment plan option?

Yes, we accept CareCredit payment plans. Please visit their website for information and to apply. Current CareCredit customers are advised to manage their accounts through CareCredit’s Cardholder Online Portal.
