Will I see the same provider I normally see in the office?
In most cases, yes. When scheduling, you may request your usual provider, and we will do our best to accommodate that. If your preferred provider is not available, our team will match you with one of our experienced dermatology clinicians.
What if my issue requires an in-office procedure?
If your provider determines that your concern needs an in-person evaluation or procedure, we will help you arrange a prompt follow-up at one of our offices. Your Telehealth visit can still be useful for initial assessment and planning.
Can I switch from a Telehealth visit to an in-office appointment if needed?
Absolutely. If you prefer to be seen in person, or if your provider recommends an in-office visit based on your virtual evaluation, our team will help you transition seamlessly to an in-office appointment.
